Returns and Exchanges – Online Policy (Canada)

We want you to be completely happy with your online purchase! If you are not entirely satisfied, please read through our return and exchange policy.

We will only accept regular priced items for exchange or store credit within 15 days of your order being shipped. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged, or returned for store credit.
Items must be in original, unworn/hygienic condition with all tags attached.

PLEASE NOTE
We ask that care and attention be taken when trying on swimwear. Swimwear is intimate apparel and we require that you try swimwear on OVER TOP of you own clean undergarments. We will not give store credit, or exchange items that have been returned with make-up or deodorant, or show any other stains or marks of wear.
We require that items returned are packaged the same way that you received them. Take additional care that molded cups are packaged so that they do not dent. Dented cups will not be accepted for exchange or store credit.
We will issue a Return Authorization number that must be clearly written on the outside of the return package. Items without the original tags attached in their original position will not be accepted for exchange or store credit. Items must be in new condition and show no signs of being worn. We will verify that we have received the returned item/s by personal message.
You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. All returns are to be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Shipping. Any shipping charges will not be refunded.
