Shipping And Returns
During the Canada Post Strike we will be shipping all orders we can through alternate options like UPS. Please provide a physical address in the meantime to make sure your package can get to you as UPS does NOT deliver to PO Boxes. We are sorry for the complications this may bring to some of our customers. We are also still looking at the best possible way to send overseas but at this time we are not able to.
Shipping Rates
Canada Wide: $20 with the option of free shipping on orders over $160
USA: $30 Standard
International: $75 Standard
Shipping and Arrival
Orders are processed and packaged within one to three business days. We then bring them to the post office. You will receive an email with a tracking number and confirmation when your order ships. If you do not receive an email please check your spam folder, email us at Fashion9@hotmail.ca, and we will help you.
Your package will be delivered in 2-14 business days depending where you are located in Canada. It will take 14-21 business days to get to you if you are in the states, maybe less if you are located closer to the border. For International packages it can take 6-12 weeks maybe more depending on where you are located. Please note we are not responsible for custom charges.
Return Policy/Process
We want you to be completely happy with your online purchase! Please read through our return and exchange policy and ensure you have referenced our size chart prior to completing your purchase. All regular priced items can be exchanged for a new size or style, or returned for store credit. We do not offer cash refunds on any returned merchandise.
If you wish to return your suit, please contact us directly at fashion9@hotmail.ca and we will issue a Return Authorization number that must be clearly written on the outside of the return package.
Items without the original tags attached in their original position will not be accepted for exchange or store credit. Items must be in new condition and show no signs of being worn. We will verify that we have received the returned item/s by personal message.
- You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. All returns are to be shipped via Canada Post. Store credit will be in the amount of the purchase price. Any shipping charges will not be refunded.
- We will only accept regular priced items for exchange or store credit if contacted within 14 days of your order being shipped.
- . ALL SALE ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged, or returned for store credit. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
- We ask that care and attention be taken when trying on swimwear. Swimwear is intimate apparel and we require that you try swimwear on OVER TOP of you own clean undergarments. We will not give store credit, or exchange items that have been returned with make-up or deodorant, or show any other stains or marks of wear.
- We require that items returned are packaged the same way that you received them. Take additional care that molded cups are packaged so that they do not dent. Dented cups will not be accepted for exchange or store credit.
